About Parul

With over 25 years of experience in the telecom and technology sectors, Parul Thukral is the founder and principal advisor at 4CASTWIRELESS. Her career spans engineering, finance, procurement, strategic partnerships, and operations — all grounded in deep wireless domain expertise.
From her early days as an engineer at a Tier-1 mobile operator and OEM, through her tenure at Sprint (including launching 1st 4G market ), Parul has built a unique combination of technical insight and strategic vision. Her roles in FP&A at Nextel International, business development at Spirent, and leading procurement and partnerships at Sprint and T-Mobile have honed her skills in contract negotiations, sourcing, and executive leadership.
In recent years, Parul has served as a strategic C-level consultant and advisor for companies like Federated, Tessco, and Transcelestial, helping them establish functions, grow partnerships, optimize operations, and negotiate high-impact contracts with Tier-1 operators, OEMs, and cloud providers.
Parul is passionate about helping companies scale efficiently and confidently. She brings a results-driven approach, keen commercial judgment, and an ability to operate at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, and procurement.
